1. Returns

We accept returns on products that meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be returned within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • The item must be accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

1.2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Our customer support team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

1.3. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining the shipping receipt for your records.

1.4. Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria mentioned above. If the item is approved for a refund, we will initiate the refund process.

Refunds may be issued in the following manner:

  • For returns within 10 days from the date of delivery, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • For returns beyond 10 days from the date of delivery, or if the original payment method is not available, refunds may be issued in the form of store credit.

Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

2. Exchanges

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will assist you in resolving the issue by providing a replacement, arranging for a repair, or issuing a refund.
